Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Technology Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, driving our digital marketing initiatives, and enhancing our online presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tools to ensure seamless integration and utilization across all marketing activities.
  • Leverage technology for inbound marketing and CRM purposes, integrating its suite of tools for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Utilize a suite of tools to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, ensuring that marketing efforts are cohesive and data-driven.
  • Integrate email marketing, social media, content management, and analytics to drive effective marketing strategies.

Social Media and Content Management:

  • Oversee the company’s social media channels, creating and executing strategies to increase engagement and content.

Data Analytics and Optimization:

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics tools to monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, providing actionable insights.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, compare conversion rates from various traffic sources, and identify high drop-off pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and other digital assets to optimize performance and conversion rates.
  • Use Hotjar to understand user interactions, identify issues on key pages, and collect direct feedback through surveys and feedback widgets.

Lead Management and Campaign Execution:

  • Manage lead lists and execute effective drip campaigns to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification processes.

Advertising Campaigns:

  • Implement and manage targeted Google AdWords, LinkedIn ads, and other social media ad campaigns.
  • Test and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Experience with implementing and testing advertising campaigns on specific channels is crucial.

Product Analytics:

  • Collaborate with the product team to implement and monitor successful activations.
  • Monitor the onboarding funnel and ensure smooth transitions for new users.
  • Utilize or establish a product analytics platform to track and analyze user activation and onboarding metrics.
  • Examples of onboarding funnels include:
    • User Registration: Tracking the steps the user takes from registration page to completing the signup process.
    • First Use: Monitoring the user’s journey through initial interactions with the product, ensuring they understand core features.
    • Feature Adoption: Tracking how users engage with key features over time and identifying drop-off points.
  • Retention & Attrition: Monitoring user activity on an ongoing basis, to understand usage patterns, determine if they continue to use the product and derive value or when and why attrition is occurring.
  • Experience with a Product Analytics platform to monitor a B2B SaaS subscription product is a big plus.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Conduct regular audits of marketing tools to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing new strategies as appropriate.
  • Provide necessary training and support to ensure everyone is using tools effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A history of success in Enterprise B2B SaaS driving results in a similar role.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation and Operations.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing technology and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in a marketing management tool and Google Analytics, Hotjar, Seamless AI, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Able to think critically and develop creative solutions.
