Using the AI readiness assessment

The Muuvment Labs assessment is an optional preparation tool. It helps organize questions about your company’s readiness before you choose a workflow or invest in implementation. You do not need to complete it to talk to us.

What it considers

Data

Governance

Strategy

People

Execution

Regulatory awareness

The tool combines company context and questionnaire responses with automated analysis to produce a readiness report and suggested next actions.

How to use the result

Review the findings with the people responsible for the process. Separate statements you can support with evidence from assumptions that need checking. Select one important workflow, identify its owner and data requirements, and decide whether a closer evaluation is warranted.

What it cannot establish

  • Self-reported answers do not verify your infrastructure, data, or implementation capability.
  • A score is not a prediction of ROI or a certification of readiness.
  • Generated narrative may contain errors. Check sources and assumptions.
  • Regulatory material is for awareness, not a legal compliance determination.
  • The report is a point-in-time view, not ongoing monitoring.

Before you start

The interactive tool currently runs on the Labs domain. Review its information-use notices before providing details, and do not enter confidential client information. This page does not claim that inputs are never stored or processed by service providers.

NEXT STEPS

Put AI to work. Keep control of what matters.

You don’t need a fully defined AI project. Tell us where work is slow or difficult, or what you hope AI could help your business achieve. We’ll explore whether there is a useful next step.

Bring a process description, not confidential client files. Explore our resources before a conversation.
